St. Helens Moving to Full Remote Learning - Letter

November 16, 2020

Dear Superstar Families,

Earlier today, the school district announced that St. Helens will move back to hybrid learning for all students. This decision was made as a result of increased staff and student absences due to illness. Going back to remote learning is effective immediately.

At St. Helens, one of the things that you frequently hear staff say to our students is, "It's our job to keep you safe." The decision to move back to a remote learning environment was to ensure that all of our Superstar staff, students, and families are safe.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call the school office or email me at steel@longview.k12.wa.us.

Wishing you well,

Stephanie Teel, Principal
