It’s time to order yearbooks.  Orders are being accepted now through Friday, May 9^th.  The cost of the yearbook is $16.00. You may pay by cash, check or the online option on this form.  If you send cash or check it must have the attached form completed and returned to the office.  Please be sure your child gets it to us if you are sending cash-change is not available. The office is open 8-4:30p.m. daily except Wednesdays when we close at 4 if you’d like to drop off cash payments directly.
