How did this person make a difference in your life?

"Mr. Elliott has helped me through high school since day one. I've had a few life events that made attendance difficult, and he's always been there to support me. He's written me a few emails just to let me know that he's there for me, and asked if there's anything he can do to help, as well as some words of inspiration. He truly cares about all of his students and their success. I strongly believe Mr. Elliott deserves formal recognition." - Emma
