Olympic Elementary School Principal, Mike Mendenhall, issued a challenge to students at the beginning of the fall PTO candy bar fundraiser. He would wear his purple wig for the day if they sold more than 300 boxes of World's Finish Chocolate bars. As you can see, they met the goal.  Boys and girls at Olympic sold 480 boxes and earned over $11,000 for their school. The funds will pay for field trips, family nights, and other purchases for the school. In addition to wearing the pure wig, Mr. Mendenhall agreed to have his picture taken so it could be posted online. Congratulations Olympic Owls!
