Dear Parents and Families,

 

We are pleased to announce that hybrid schooling for middle school students will start on Monday, February 22.

COVID-19 infection rates are trending downwards in our community, which allows the district to get more students back in the classroom. As of today, the COVID-19 infection rate meets the health department’s guidelines for “moderate” activity levels which provides for returning middle school students to hybrid, in-person learning.  We are hopeful that the county infection rates will continue dropping and we will soon be able to bring our high school students back as well.

Please watch for detailed information from your child’s school as we prepare to bring middle school kids back to the classroom. If you have questions please call your school or email infoteam@longviewschools.org.
