At their April 8, 2024 2024, regular meeting, the Board of Directors:

• Approved the consent agenda which contained the March 25, 2024, regular meeting minutes, the personnel report, and warrants.  
• Recognized Star Polishers R.A. Long Teacher Mr. Hedge for being a great teacher who takes the time to ensure his students graduate. 
• Heard a Special Education Department Report which highlighted the staffing required to run the program, the various types of programs offered to the students, legislative changes, and behavior strategies to support students. 
• Approved the E-rate project vendor recommendations. 
• Approved moving the board meeting that falls on Memorial Day and Veterans' Day to the following business day: Tuesday, May 28, 20024 and Tuesday, November 12, 2024. 
• Next regular meeting is set for April 22, 2024.
