At their July 12, 2021, regular meeting, the Board of Directors:

• Approved the consent agenda, which contained the June 28, 2021 minutes, the personnel report, and warrants.
• Heard a presentation on the 2021-22 Preliminary Budget by Executive Director of Business Services Patti Bowen. A public hearing on the budget will be held on August 9, 2021 at 6:35 p.m.
• Awarded thirteen Summer PRAM Projects as follows: 

  1)      Awarded the Replacement Flooring at Kessler Elementary to Floor Solutions, Inc. for $29,360.

  2)      Awarded the Window Coverings in Classrooms at Broadway to Control Temperature to Interior Designs for $18,618.

  3)      Awarded the Upgrade to the Kessler Security Fencing to Hargrove Fencing for $8,997.

  4)      Awarded the Installation of Security Fencing at Olympic Elementary to Hargrove Fencing for $8,482.

  5)      Awarded the Installation of Security Fencing at Columbia Heights to Hargrove Fencing for $26,950.

  6)      Awarded the Installation of Security Fencing at Mint Valley to Hargrove Fencing for $39,350.

  7)      Awarded the Purchase of Storage Container for Northlake Gym Equipment to Pac-Van for $6,550.

  8)      Awarded the Complete Refinishing of Gym Floor at R A Long to Brandsen Floors for $37,949.

  9)      Awarded the Complete Refinishing of Gym and Mezzanines at Mark Morris to Brandsen Floors for $60,747.

  10)  Maintenance and Operations is doing the R A Long Cafeteria & Gym Bathroom Birdbath Sink Replacements in-house.

  11)  Awarded the Replacement Sprinkler System at R A Long Baseball Field to ProLine Sprinklers for $39,635.

  12)  Awarded the additional Sprinkler System to R A Long JV/Slow Pitch Softball Field to ProLine Sprinklers for $27,685.

  13)  Awarded the Replacement Sprinkler System at MM Baseball Field to ProLine Sprinklers for $39,635.

• Agreed to the topics to be discussed at the Board Retreat on August 6, 2021.
