At their August 8, 2022, regular meeting the Board of Directors:

• Approved the consent agenda which contained the July 25, 2022, regular meeting minutes, the August 1, 2022 special meeting minutes, personnel report, Warehouse Paper Bid Award and warrants.
• Held a public hearing on the 2022-23 Budget and the 4-Year Budget Plan.
• Approved the 2022-23 Board Agenda Calendar.
• The next meeting is scheduled for August 22, 2022, at 6:30 p.m.
