At their January 22, 2024, regular meeting, the Board of Directors:

• Approved the consent agenda which contained the January 8 regular meeting minutes, the personnel report, bus surplus authorization, bus acquisition authorization and warrants. 
• Heard an update on the superintendent search process.
• Heard a Title Program Report.
• Adopted revisions to Policy 2145 Suicide Awareness and Prevention.
• Next regular meeting is set for February 12, 2024.
