At their February 26, 2024, regular meeting, the Board of Directors:

• Approved the consent agenda which contained the February 12, and February 17 minutes, personnel report, contracts and personal service agreements and warrants. 
• Heard a Homelessness Report
• Approved the 2024-25 Budget Parameters
• Heard the Wellness Committee Recommendations
• Authorized the Board President and Vice President to negotiate a new contract with Dr. Karen Cloninger.
• Learned that enrollment is currently 38 student FTE below budget. 
• Heard a January Budget Status Report. 
• Next regular meeting is set for March 11, 2024.
