At their August 28, 2023, regular meeting, the Board of Directors:

• Approved the consent agenda which contained the August 4, 2023, special meeting minutes, the August 14, 2023, regular meeting minutes, a personnel report, contracts and personal service agreements and warrants. 
• Adopted Resolution 807 adopting the 2023-24 Budget, the Four-Year Budget Plan and Four-Year Enrollment Projection.
• Conducted a first reading on Policy 1250 Students on Governing Board, Policy 1400 Meetings, Public Notice, Quorum, Meeting Conduct and Order of Business, and Policy 3141 Nonresident (Out-of-District) Students.
• Heard a July Budget Status Report.
• Next meeting is September 11, 2023, at 6:30 p.m.
