CAPITAL EXPENDITURES

1. It shall be the policy of the board to completely equip all new buildings or additions to existing buildings with necessary instructional, reference, and service equipment from monies in the district capital project fund.
2. In estimating the costs of new buildings, adequate allowance shall be made for inclusion of all equipment in the original estimates, and revenue requests shall be consistent with meeting such estimated needs.
