Board of Directors
BOARD SUBCOMMITTEES, DISTRICT STANDING COMMITTEES, AND BOARD LIAISONS
Board subcommittees, standing committees, and board liaisons may be created by a majority vote of the board. No more than two board members will serve on any board appointed subcommittee. The board president will appoint board members to serve on such subcommittees and will also appoint board liaisons to district standing committees, the purpose and terms of which will be determined by a majority vote of the board.
