Benefits

The Longview School District offers benefits through the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program for employees who meet eligibility requirements. SEBB is administered by the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) and provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), and flexible spending account (FSA) options for eligible school employees across Washington State.

Eligible employees pay only a portion of their medical premium costs, while dental, vision, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to the employee.
