Human Growth & Development Previews

Due to copyright laws, we are unable to provide a link to the 4th grade Human Growth & Development Curriculum. If you would like to preview the curriculum at any time please contact your student's school principal or the Teaching & Learning Department at: (360) 575-7009 to schedule an appointment. 

Health Ready is the core curriculum for middle school health (except the Human Growth & Development unit). You will see some lessons, but not the teacher guide.  There are some updates coming, but the content will be essentially the same.

• Go to focusedfitness.net
• In top center of page, click WELNET
• At top of page, in User Name box, type demolong001, in Password box, type demolong001
• Click Login
• Under Available Modules, click Online Learning
• Click on Assign/Preview
• Select Course drop down box, select Health READY 6, 7, or 8 and click Preview Course
• Use the choices on the left (in blue) to explore the materials (mostly the SET choice)

This material is the core of the Human Growth & Development unit for grades 6, 7, 8.

It has been carefully selected and edited to be grade appropriate. A binder of lessons for each grade is available for preview. The lessons can also be found below:
