If you are enrolling dependents on your SEBB Program benefits account, you will be required to provide evidence of your dependents’ eligibility. All dependents must be verified during the SEBB Program’s first annual open enrollment, October 1 through November 15, 2019, before they can be enrolled under your coverage.
You can upload dependent verification documents in SEBB My Account, or provide documents directly to your payroll or benefits office.
