Facility Use
Facility Use Application - For Sports, For Non-Sports
To initiate facility requests, please fill out the Facility Use Application above.
Before requesting facility usage, please click on the “School Facility Calendars” tab and select the facility that you want to use to verify that it will be available for the days/times that you will be requesting.
It is recommended that facility use requests be submitted at least 2 weeks before the requested date to allow adequate time to process the request and verify that the various forms have been submitted and have been properly filled out. Although we will do our best to process shorter notices, requests made with shorter notice could result in the request not being processed in time.
