We at the Longview Public Schools are committed to each student’s learning and believe that strong partnerships help make this happen. To foster these strong partnerships, we believe that communication is key.
The district is committed to providing school news and information, promoting involvement, and encouraging conversations about our schools and student achievement. The communications department reaches out to staff, parents, and the community using print and digital publications, web sites, social media and through an outreach partnership with district Family Liaison's. We celebrate staff and student success, asks for ideas/opinions on school issues and shares the District’s vision for the future.
Our publications and promotions have won numerous awards from the Washington School Public Relations Association (WSPRA) and we are proud to serve the Longview community.
