Troubleshooting Tips:
- Family devices need to have internet access.
- Any family firewalls need to be set to allow student access through Clever.
- Devices used need to have a camera setup for login with a badge. On Chromebooks, this is set at the initial login level, directly accessing the student district's Google account. If on a PC or cell phone, they will likely need the student's Google profile loaded on that device. Typically, this means logging into Chrome with the student's Google account.
- If using a smart phone or tablet, you must first download the Clever app from the app store or Google play store.
